The Names Gallery in Vienna – August 8-9

On August 8-9, The Names Gallery in Vienna presented a two-day contemporary art exhibition that gathered 51 artists representing an exceptionally broad spectrum of countries, cultural backgrounds, and creative directions. Curated by Anna Gvozdeva, the show assembled an international line-up of participants whose works spoke to the energy, curiosity, and plurality that define contemporary art today.
Across both days, visitors were invited to explore artworks built on distinct visual languages and techniques – from painting and photography to mixed media and more experimental forms. Every participating artist brought an individual perspective to the display, giving rise to a layered and genuinely polyphonic conversation throughout the gallery.

The event drew guests, artists, and art enthusiasts who came to encounter the works firsthand, discover unfamiliar artistic viewpoints, and immerse themselves in the spirit of a shared international showcase in the heart of Vienna. For two days, the gallery turned into a hub of creative exchange and a tribute to the many voices of contemporary expression.
